Brother Louie,

No. We're free to go to Church any day of the week that suits us.

The Sabbath Day has always been observed on Saturday. The Sabbath Day is a Day of rest. God created the Sabbath Day at the creation of the world, God rested on the 7th day.

Mark 2:27

"And he said unto them, The sabbath was made for man, and not man for the sabbath:"

In creating the 4th Commandment, God gave us a day to rest our body and mind, and to also reflect on God, to give thanks to Him, and also to allow us to do good things on this day, as Jesus demonstrated by healing and helping those in need on the Sabbath Day!

I look at Sabbath/Saturday as a gift from God, and use it to rest, pray, help others when I can, and just rejuvenate my body and mind! I've found in the past that if I don't make it a habit to observe Saturday, then I just end up doing all of the same worldly things that I do during the regular work week, hence I fall into the same worldly Rat Race mindset.

God Bless.

Are churches worshipping on Sunday breaking the sabbath command?

I was just wondering on the comment of Bob Hilt. Correct me if Im wrong but it sounds a lot like your saying w theres no rapture before the last trump at the end of the tribulation. If so I dont agree and most of the Bible references you gave say that as well. If you read 1 Thessalonians 4:16-17 there is a Trump but no number is given and it not only says the dead in Christ but also those who remain. It is only after that when the Antichrist revels himself. The dead at the end of the tribulation will rise they are the only ones that were saved during this event then Christ returns and sets foot on the Mount of Olives and will rule the Earth for a Thousand yrs. This is when the Earth will be restored Men will live longer and everyone and everything will prosper. This is my understanding and I stand by it thru KJV teaching. I have the original writings of Greek and Hebrew and as much as I have to compare KJV with them this is true and correct as best I know at present. Christ returns for the Saved Dead and the Saved Alive then we all return to Heaven, The Antichrist is reveled then the 7 yrs tribulation then Christ returns to Earth and rules a Thousand yrs then God Completely Restores Earth and a New Heaven and we Worship Him Forever n Ever Amen.

Linda,

From what I understand, the Lord will will come for His church before the tribulation period, and we will be with Him in heaven while those people on this earth who have rejected Him will go through a judgment period that very few will survive.

bob Hilt's comment on 2020-07-17 01:03:40:

When did Jesus say the dead in Christ would be resurrected?

John 6:39-40: Jesus said, "This is the will of Him who sent Me, that of all that He has given Me I lose nothing, but raise it up ON THE LAST DAY.

John 6:44: Jesus said, "No one can come to Me unless the Father who sent Me draws him; and I will raise him up ON THE LAST DAY."

Is the LAST DAY the thousand year reign of Christ?

I believe so....then it is eternity and time is counted no more

So if Jesus himself said the dead in Christ will be raised on the LAST DAY, and Paul said we who are alive and remain will not be caught up (raptured) until AFTER the dead are raised, then where does secret pre-trib rapture fit in?

Paul in 1 Corinthians 15:52 - In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed.

We are changed at the LAST TRUMP and where is this found?

In REVELATION, the LAST BOOK of the Bible there are 7 trumps and the 7th trump is the LAST ONE and is at the end of the tribulation. there is not a 7th last trump prior to the tribulation.

Sometimes in today's world I become afraid that I won't be able to make it through the ugliness . Is the tribulation happening now? Will Christians have to endure the first 3 1/2 years or is Jesus coming before or after ?

And I heard a great voice out of heaven, saying, Behold, the Tabernacle of God is with men, and he will dwell with them, and they shall be his people, and God himself shall be with them, and be their God. It is an assurance from God for Mankind to know that they got Policy Description about their Life after Death.
