Timothy Wayne George's comment on 2013-02-28 19:51:07:

Jesus is an eternal High Priest after the order of Melchizedek who had neither beginning of days or ending of days. Jesus the second member of the Godhead occupies three offices: Prophet, Priest, and King. Jesus is seated at the right hand of the Father, performing his High Priest duties, and He will come back as the King of Kings, and Lord or Lords. So He is not the same as Melchizedek, but like him. I understand Melchisedec was an actual literal king that helped Abraham when he returned from a battle, but does this verse use Melchisedec as Jesus Christ Our Lord? Please can anyone help thanks.
