Just as truth with always have lies at opposite end of the continuum to have to contend with, so also those who love the truth in Christ Jesus will have those who want to make them suffer and will resist their best efforts. Jesus once said in John 15:18, "If the world hate you, ye know that it hated me before it hated you."
