According to Strong 's Exhaustive Concordance of the Bible, menstealers 405 refers to not only the actual act of trapping the individual but also the enslavement,for free labor and future breeding of other slaves, which would thereby increase the number of slaves without incurring any further out of pocket expense...Very devilish indeed!!
