The total summary of this passage is that All creatures in heaven and on earth will praise and honour Him because He is the creator and sustainer of everything and there is nothing we have without Him. As believers whatever situation we find ourselves, we must continually Praise and Honour Him.

God made us for to have fellowship with Him. He made us and all things foe His pleasure. In Genesis 1 He says quite often that God saw and it was good after He created it. Praise God he is worthy to have all Praise Glory Honor and our mere human flesh cannot suffice the exactness of all that is rightly due Him.

Chinwendu Ogbonna's comment on 2013-12-24 12:06:12:

He created all things for His praise. I will join all He created to give Him praise. He made everything beautiful and His creation elicits praise and honour to His name because He made them all and they are and were made by His awesome power.

This verse shows one of the reasons why Jehovah God should be worshipped because of all that he has done for Earth and mankind. It was only because he wanted to create the Earth and the people on it that we even exist. We should be grateful for this fact and give God the worship and honor that He deserves.

Indeed He is worthy of the praises, because Him alone He is God.

Mary Ellen Brod's comment on 2013-07-18 15:39:02:

I can never express my gratitude for the humbling honor of standing before the magnificent magnanimous Creator to praise Him and express gratitude for His love which allows me and all true believers to enter His courts through the mighty blood of Jesus, the sacrificial lamb of God. This is our main purpose for living.

There is only one version and it is the KJV version. And it clearly states for thy pleasure they are and were created.
