SUNDAY LIVINUS ALAKA's comment on 2020-06-10 13:56:38:

This verse can be taken in two different ways. It could apply to the door of our heart, his mind. Christ is calling. "Let me into your Life". On the other hand, it can also mean that He is saying, "I am just about ready to return. And we can fellowship together if you would just repent".

Behold Looking intently I stand at the door and knock Jesus is always standing at our heart door wanting in He will not come in uninvited I must open the door of my heart and then let Him in. Then the changes start in our life For the Good God always give Good things never bad. It is bad cause I have to mortify my flesh But OH the Blessings that flow. In this process I have had friends depart from me but my Lord gave me new friends . The world didn 't give it to me and the world can 't take it away

I pray that we all keep hearing him knock and we want to sup with him. Imi ashamed of myself for thinking its his job to knock.... Open your eyes ,heart, and mind to his love peace and word. GOD is so great and forgiving.

This is what the word says to me. None of us are perfect,repent and be ready at all times for Jesus,having undefiled garments would be-cleansed from sins,and only God opens and closes doors in our lives,He will make us over our enemies,Jesus is the faithful and true witness.The Lord cleanses us from within,be happy in the lord and repent. When you here the Lords voice listen and open the door way of your heart and let him in. When we over come as Jesus over came then we shall sit with Jesus in his throne (heaven)and for us to listen to God and His Holy Spirit.

If anyone hears my voice and opens the door and I will come in and eat with him and he with me;
This meant; Jesus is available anytime, so whoever who try to seek him, can find him possibly and he'll share his grace with him.

Rev. Autrey's comment on 2013-08-05 19:56:25:

fREE mORAL AGENCY

Man's life is in God. This means that man can't move and think without God. But since God gives him the power to decide how this will be enacted, God holds him responsible for what he does.

Free moral agency is for a being, whether an angel or man, to decide whether to use for good or evil what God sustains him to do. That is, I can't move my finger or eyes without God enabling me to do so. But God lets me decide whether to use my finger or eyes for good or bad. Then, he punishes or rewards me accordingly.

That's why animals are not held responsible for good or bad actions. They do not have the will power to make decisions.

Yes, God sustains and provides for all human functions. Even a little sparrow can't fall to the ground without God. But some men make the choice to kill the sparrow for evil purposes. And for that he is held responsible. That is, it is man's choice, not God's.

So to sustain something is one thing. It is necessary for the thing to exist and function. This shows God's goodness and love. And for this, God holds us responsible.

To put it plainly, I can't make a decision without God enabling me to do so. But God holds me responsible for the decision I make.

Let us make the choice to follow Jesus. BEHOLD I STAND AT THE DOOR AND KNOCK.

Daniel Ngeta's comment on 2013-06-11 11:58:53:

God is always looking for those who are ready to move with him. Now its optional for human kind 2 accept or reject Him in there hearts.Those who accept Him always obtain FAVOUR from God "I'll dine with him.
