Even as it is also appointed for some to be persecuted for a time, and many will give their life for the name of the Lord Jesus Christ for a time.

God has chosen and elevated these "kings"(leaders or presidents) of unrighteousness, who all reject God, in perfection of time, to hand over their authority to satan. God didn't make them evil but but uses their evil hearts to accomplish His will in spite of their rebellious hearts. Just as He did with Pharo and other kings from the past, as an example to us what is to come. God doesnt make the heart rebellious but uses the rebellion against them. God has the power ultimately and will guide and direct at his will to accomplish his goals and uses whomever he chooses, good, bad or ugly.

Do good judgement. Do exploits that are safe and effective for those you love. There are already enough bad exploits to go around!
