I would like to have seen some cross references. Although the verse references the dead in Christ I would like to encourage the believer that if their children do not walk with the Lord that by their good works their children will see the path they need to take the path of faith in the Lord Jesus Christ. rev 14; 13. my understanding is,the once you be in Jesus you be dead for sin and you alive for righteousness, so dead are those live in Jesus Christ, for I am not live but Jesus living in me,
