Some religions paint God as cruel with false teachings of hellfire and eternal damnation. This scripture reveals the true nature of our God. A caring and forgiving God. It also describe he is abundant in loving kindness, and so he has plenty of blessings to pour out upon those deserving, and undeserving.

It is so comforting to know that Jehovah is ready to forgive us. We are imperfect and we each sin each day. We need His forgiveness and it is good to know that he is ready to forgive us if we repent.
