Verse 18 tells you What God name is. You Ignorant people calling him somrthing else. Jesus was not even born yet?

Verses 8 and 9 speaks of Jesus Christ and how he will rule over the entire earth. Those who appreciate his rulership and it 's blessings will "bow down " in willing submission. Those who don 't "will lick the dust itself ".
