Psalms 50 23 is giving us a revelation of what praise does for the heart of God and what praise does for the one giving it! When we praise God and order our path according to His word we glorify God and it also paves the way for God 's deliverance and involvement in every situation for us. Many are giving lip service but their lives are still far away from obeying God 's word. If our words honor God and our lives honor God we will continually see God 's involvement in our world!

This verse being the culmination of nine prior verses dealing with proper conversation our speach should honor God by offering thanks and praise to Him He who offers the sacrifice of praise honors me and to him who orders his conversation aright will I show the salvation of God He who orders his conversation aright with praise invites the very presence of God who inhabits the praises of his people into his own being in a more profound way God the Savior who can save to the uttermost will surely bring salvation in all its aspects just by his presence The Lord is my strength and my song praise and he has become my salvation
Timothy Wayne George's comment on 2013-03-22 03:12:44:
He that offers thanksgiving honoureth Me, and to him that ordereth his way aright will I show the salvation of God. When God delivers us from trouble, He expects us to glorify Him. God owns the cattle on a thousand hills, and all the fowls, as well as the beast of the field are His. So He is more than able to rescue us from trouble. When the Lord returns to judge the Earth, a fire will go before Him to devour His enemies, and He will call to Heaven from above. Therefore pay the vow thou hast made to God, and offer the sacrifice of thanksgiving before the Lord, for He alone is worthy of all our praise. Turn from your sins, accept Jesus as your Lord and Savior, then you will see the salvation of God.
