"dispersed " this means to go in different directions. "let not " this will mean do not go different directions. "let they fountains be dispersed " this means go different directions.so all those scriptures are correct. because they do not state wrong direction or right direction!.they just say direction.I will advise you to read. KJV,NKJV and NIV.

Various translations seem to have confliction here. Some say "let they fountains be dispersed " ans some say "let not " or ask a retorical question that seems to mean "let not ". Help me make sense of this?
