I am learning. A process. No matter where I am or what I am facing : I am to be content : God didn 't say satisfied : To be satisfied I have reached the exact position to where I want and don 't need to go any further . I am learning to walk by faith daily. But my God shall supply my every need according to His riches in Glory by Jesus Christ. I am content but never satisfied. I have enough and sufficient strength in the state that I 'm in.

Paul was saying in respect to God, that no matter what situation he was in to be content. Paul was at peace within himself and with God. In essence,he was allowing the HOLY SPIRIT to be in control and no matter what God has the situation under control.
