Fast of a soul is to give up the desires for worldly things and empty the stomach of soul for grace of God.Anoint of head is to put oil of loving, soft, divine feelings emotions .Washing the face mean to remove bad thoughts from your mind and forget all your dispute, enimities and wrongness.
