Not all shall believe on the preaching bt they are given an opportunity to hear the gospel so that on the day of judgment they will no reason as an excuse for not repent. In the beginning was the word gospel and also the gospel shall mark the end.

A kingdom is a government. God's kingdom is in heaven. Matthew 16:19 "And I will give unto thee the keys of the kingdom of heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt bind on earth shall be bound in heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven." Daniel 2:44 " And in the days of these kings shall the God of heaven set up a kingdom, which shall never be destroyed: and the kingdom shall not be left to other people, but it shall break in pieces and consume all these kingdoms, and it shall stand for ever." The previous kingdoms refer to the world powers that are ending, soon to be replaced by God's kingdom. God's heavenly government will bring peace to the earth. Isaiah 2:4 "And he shall judge among the nations, and shall rebuke many people: and they shall beat their swords into plowshares, and their spears into pruninghooks: nation shall not lift up sword against nation, neither shall they learn war any more." Only God's government can bring peace.
