Romona Williams on Isaiah 263's comment on 2020-09-21 08:57:57:

This scripture is very relevant for this time. We live in a day when people are sad and depressed. Covid 19 demands that we wear masks and live almost in isolation. This virus have placed restraints on our way of life; it exposed our vulnerabilities and our helplessness. Who can we depend on? they are all overwhelm. All that can be shaken have shaken and who can fix it? But God. We have lost focus.

Matthew Henry39s Commentary on Book of Esther's comment on 2020-08-15 22:50:50:

How the providence of God watched over the Jews that had returned out of captivity to their own land, and what great and kind things were done for them, we read in the two foregoing books; but there were many who staid behind, having not zeal enough for God's house, and the holy land and city, to carry them through the difficulties of a removal thither. These, one would think, should have been excluded the special protection of Providence, as unworthy the name of Israelites; but our God deals not with us according to our folly and weakness. We find in this book that even those Jews who were scattered in the provinces of the heathen were taken care of, as well as those who were gathered in the land of Judea, and were wonderfully preserved, when doomed to destruction and appointed as sheep for the slaughter. Who drew up this story is uncertain. Mordecai was as able as any man to relate, on his own knowledge, the several passages of it and that he wrote such an account of them as was necessary to inform his people of the grounds of their observing the feast of Purim we are told (Est. 9:20; Mordecai wrote these things, and sent them enclosed in letters to all the Jews), and therefore we have reason to think he was the penman of the whole book. It is the narrative of a plot laid against the Jews to cut them all off, and which was wonderfully disappointed by a concurrence. The name of God is not found in this book; but the apocryphal addition to it (which is not in the Hebrew, nor was ever received by the Jews into the can on), containing six chapters, begins thus, Then Mordecai said, God has done these things. But, though the name of God be not in it, the finger of God is, directing many minute events for the bringing about of his people's deliverance. The particulars are not only surprising and very entertaining, but edifying and very encouraging to the faith and hope of God's people in the most difficult and dangerous times.

Give a chapter and then the verse(s) ok?

Personally, I listen to Oral Roberts on Youtube frequently. People hated him for various reasons, but he's a very good commentator. To the point and on target. Some people take a lot of side trips, add memories and history.

I like a teacher that shoots straight like me.

Try it out. Search on YouTube: " Oral Roberts Revelation 1"

Let me know what you think.

God blesses us every time we read the Book of Revelation. Yay! I need all I can hold.

I agree with those who view the present pandemic as a time that God has given us to reflect on not only our lives but on the treatment and justice for everyone.

I agree and think the same, the rapture is coming. We have fallen and many men have stopped there beliefs in our lord and those of us that hasn't know the truth.

Irvin's comment on 2020-06-26 11:16:04:

It appears that this scripture (Isaiah 26) is referring to NOW or the near future. He speaks of the Resurrection of the dead and how He will punish the earth for their rejection of Him. This happens immediately following the rapture. This coincides with Rev, 6th Ch.

2 Timothy 3:16 |

All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness:

Any insight into Isaiah Ch30?

Mickey's comment on 2020-03-27 20:18:38:

First a testimony. Years ago I asked the Lord: how come we only use 10% of our brains? He spoke to my spirit: "you have the mind of Christ." I knew that Jesus has a 100+ mind. I took that to mean that IN Childlike FAITH we can excel in studies. I am not saying it happens for everyone because you have turn your faith loose; nobody else can do it for you. If God says He's for you, who can be against you?rn1 Corinthians 2:16, Colossians 3:1, Philippians 2:5

Victory over what will we be rewarded (correction on above comment).

Zuki's comment on 2020-03-24 06:24:36:

If we will be taken before tribulation, victory over what we we be awarded? Last 7 plugs of Revelation 16:1-17 happen only to those whose Christianity is such that they obey both the two Beasts of Revelation. Bible is very clear, Revelation 12:17 is for the Righteous (in the merits of Christ alone, not self-righteousness. The scenario will happen as in the case of the 10 plagues of Exodus. All 10 occurred whilst the Children of Israel were still in Egypt. So all seven plagues will happen whilst the Saints are still on Earth, but will not harm them. They were only released to the promised Land after the 10th plague, and Saints (Remnant of the Church of Laodicea), to rupture after Rev 16: 17.

melissa's comment on 2014-06-02 14:35:01:

I believe this clearly states that we wil be taken before the tribulation .God does not pour His wrath out on His people,as the Bible states plainly. " For God hath not appointed us to wrath.. "
