He was the lamb of God our sacrifice. 2Corinthians 5:21 God made him who had no sin to be sin for us so that in him we might become the righteousness of God. God did raise him from the dead through the blood of the eternal covenant. When Jesus died on the cross our sins were paid for. He cried out My God My God why have thy forsaken me and then he died. His blood shead that day God accepted it as full payment for our sins that was placed upon him and raised him from the dead through his blood that was shed.
