Yes. This Genesis 17 17 shows how it is hard for a man to get rid of human 's thoughts which the Bible considers as carnal mind. But, what God requires of us is only Faith in Him. Abraham and Sarah were unable to give birth in human 's mind but in spiritual mind, Abraham believed the impossible and became possible before God. Nothing we have to do but believe.
