“Then he brought me to the door of the gate of the LORD'S house which was toward the north; and, behold, there sat women weeping for Tammuz.”

the Temple is located in Jerusalem probably close to the Ofal As all the stones were removed there is nothing left of the Location but perhaps in their excavations they will find more relics of a forgotten location. they could build Temple now without anyones permission. Perhaps by the pool of Silom

The Temple of Solomon was destroyed and is not facing any direction today.
God the Father allowed Rome to give a message to those who rejected Christ and his sacrifice
in 70 AD when they invaded Jerusalem and destroyed the Temple. Thus fulling the prophecy of Jesus in Matthew 24 when he said not on stone would be upon another. Judaism as a religious practice with animal sacrifices ceased to exist.
The wailing wall is not part of the Temple, unless Jesus was a false prophet. I believe Jesus, not those who pray at the wailing wall. The wailing wall is part of an old Roman fort.
Matthew 24:1 And Jesus went out, and departed from the temple: and his disciples came to him for to shew him the buildings of the temple.
2 And Jesus said unto them, See ye not all these things? verily I say unto you, There shall not be left here one stone upon another, that shall not be thrown down.
