This here is the crux of the matter that explains why the majority of the Christian church is failing. It is failing because of not recognizing that God had imparted to Paul a new dispensation (administration/programme) that was hitherto kept secret. but now reveal to him for the Gentiles. It is a dispensation of Almighty God's Grace, in particular to Gentiles who were far from God and having no Hope in this world, but also to Jews who believe. A knowledge of the Mystery is truly liberating. This ties in with Paul's discussion in the previous chapter about the eternal building consisting of the Kingdom Church and the Body of Christ.
