..."already has been. nation against nation." ..."that which is to be already has been." Sodom and Gomorrah. "and God will call the Pass to account" He will allow the history to repeat itself.

My question is, the first part of the verse is talking about what is, that 's present,now and then God says in the last part of the verse that it has already been. In other words, sometime in the past. Well how far back in the past what we have today could it have been?
