I was hungry and you fed me, I was thirsty and you gave me drink, a stranger and you took me in. The "results" of salvation. In case anyone thought the ride was free.

There is absolutely no works to be done for Salvation in CHRIST. Ephesians 2:

8 For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God:

9 Not of works, lest any man should boast.

Water baptism is not a requirement of salvation. Romans 6:

3 Know ye not, that so many of us as were baptized into Jesus Christ were baptized into his death?

4 Therefore we are buried with him by baptism into death: that like as Christ was raised up from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of life.

5 For if we have been planted together in the likeness of his death, we shall be also in the likeness of his resurrection:

When we are Scripturally born again we have been made justified in CHRIST, no longer bound for hell or the lake of fire. We are then called to do the work of the LORD which is called sanctification. v10 of Ephesians 2.

Salvation is only by faith alone, in the shed blood alone, of the LORD JESUS CHRIST.

May GOD open the hearts of all unto the sufficiency of the Gospel of the LORD JESUS CHRIST.

Merry Christmas to all on this forum, and a happy and prosperous New Year.

it shows that with that evangelist you can never be call christian, this is because Jesus Christ came to preach the sermon and because of what they did they were classify as Christ followers

a careful and prayerful study of Acts 11 19 thru Acts 14 28 in the AV Bible will show that the disciples in Acts 11 26 were Jewish believers Hellenistic Jews not Gentiles in Acts 11 20 the word Grecian means Hellenistic Jew in the KJV take special notice of Acts 14 27

I shall wear the name "Christian" well. I shall even wear it as a badge of honor in the name of Jesus, my Savior and Lord. Awesome is the name.
