John Emeter's comment on 2021-03-16 08:32:00:

1 Pet.4:17 says that judgment shall begin from the house of God. If we are waiting for God's judgment against the disobedience of the world, then our own obedience must be complete. God is not partial, and because He loves us, He will always wait for us to be perfected in obedience before unleashing His wrath against the children of disobedience, in judgment. So, why we are not yet seeing the wicked punished, or why we are not yet avenged against our persecutors, is simply because we are still leaving in disobedience. We are the ones holding back the hand of God's judgment.

James's comment on 2015-09-26 09:32:15:

My Obediance is full at the fulfilling of my life. a Christian is not a judge for the deliverance of wrath in this life. Christ laid down his life for the ungodly offender. If necessary we should do the same in this life then my Obediance is full. Then all things shall be judged.

Rotimi Emmanuel's comment on 2014-09-16 19:24:28:

Obedience is a requirement if we need a Godly intervention in our life or we want God to revenge our enemies. What shall we say then? Shall we continue in sin that grace may abound? Roman 6 1

O.O. Albert's comment on 2013-06-22 21:44:58:

God will avenge every disobedience against you only if your obedience to Him is fulfilled.

Timothy Wayne George's comment on 2012-04-16 07:41:43:

God does not punish the guilty, with the innocent. Jesus said we are to pray for those who unjustly use us, and bless those who curse us. Job is an example of this when he prayed for his friends who were accusing him of many things before
God. When Job did this, God turned the situation of Job around, and blessed him with twice as much as he had lost. So we must obey God, and by fulfilling our obedience. Pray for others, and forgive them of any wrong they have committed against you, then God will take care of those who are persecuting you.
