I think it is talking about the birth of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. Eve was in the lineage of Jesus. He would be born by a physical birth, to save us from our sin. The conception was from above.

This has personal meaning for me throughout my own process. Meaning a woman will be saved through the experience of childbearing (abstaining with sobriety, being gentle with oneself, embracing the feminine) then continuing with the inspiration of this opportunity to cultivate/restore the feminine qualities within her...even after the process of bearing the child has p***ed

I find Wesley's notes for I Timothy 2:15 to bring the most peace to me personally as a woman in the midst of childbearing (as a stage or season of life). To me, what makes the most sense is that the word saved is a literal promise of preservation and if so, what a wonderful promise.
