Honor the king,respect your leader with the understanding that his,her honor has a limit,and that is when he,she goes against the most dangerous thing to mess up with and that is God. Jesus said, don't fear him who kills the body and after that has nothing but very assuredly I tell you fear God who can kill your body and also cast your soul in fire.

When Peter makes reference to the king, does he mean leaders on earth? I 'm reading it, and since it 's not capitalized this is the way I am interpeting the meaning. Let me know if this is correct. Tim
