It appears to me within the context of this passage certain believers in the church of

Roam tended to feel they had callings beyond what was true. As such they thought too much of themselves. This for sure is often the case with those young in the Lord once they discover themselves to be in posession of spiritual gifts.

"To think of oneself more highly" speaks of a person who believes he has the gifts & qualities that exceed those seen in others. Narcissism is an extreme form of self-aggrandizement or self-elevation & is diametrically opposed to what was in Jesus Christ & what the Holy Spirit produces in a child of God.

God has given us all THE measure of FAITH. So therefore u have the tool GOD given faith ...are u using it ? are you applying it to your life, your children's lives, your healing, your purpose, your ministry. Without Faith it is impossible to please God. The faith He's given you must be activated. You must BELIEVE and not doubt to active FAITH. You have the FAITH. Scripture says that..but are stirring it up in your life. FAITH brings about results. If you just have the Faith the size of a grain of mustard seed. You can please God. So today ACTIVATE what God has given you...it will turn into crazy FAITH. Trust God not man.

thinking more highly of ourselves than we should can cause us to seek righteousness through our own works and efforts and thus become a stumbling block and hamper spiritual growth.

God has given me saving faith but I seemingly cannot wrap myself around healing faith This saying a measure of faith came to me as I was meditating today on the healing of my body and mind I cannot love and forgive others as I should I just don t have the energy to love nor the desire to love Love means responsibility for others needs and I barely can get through the day myself with all my illnesses and emotional and mental problems I have been praying for just enough healing to have the energy to love others And I thought my allotted amount of faith seems to stop here at healing Is that what it means that God has limited me to saving faith and not allotted to me healing faith
