I dont know the answer but there are other meaning of the woor for bow. A bow on his heir. It also mentions a crown. That might be the reason not mentioning of the arrows. He might the King. Not sure if that what it means.

I would understand that the rider on the white horse would have had arrows with his bow. We need to remember that all this imagery was shown to John to depict certain events yet to happen, therefore it shouldn't be assumed that the bow & arrows carried, should be anything more than signifying the purpose of the rider's coming, i.e. to go forth to conquer. Just as in verse 5: the rider on the black horse had weighing scales with him. Again, the picture is given to show the Act of God upon the world in scarcity of food.

Question, did he that say on the white horse with a bow, did he had arrows or is it to be known that a bow come with arrows in order to conquer?
