This is the same Hebrew expression at Joshua 22 22 which is clearly translated "The God of gods, Jehovah " in most bibles but for some odd reason they don 't like to do the same at Psalm 50 1. Jehovah is the God above all gods. De 10 17, Ps. 97 9.
