This verse is describing the lack of inner beauty which is a virtuous and discreet character in a woman.

I think you are right. It is how you want to appear to others. I don't see a thing wrong with a short tennis skirt. It's practical.

Need a lesson on length of dresses or skirts. Will I be judged on my length of skirt or dress. Something is telling me it's the length of the skirt it's the way you appear yourself . Help me out please
