I think I understand the meaning, but I don't know who is speaking. The guy sounds like a .. well, I'll show some restraint and just say horrid person. It does *not* sound like something Jesus would say, even in his tough love moments. It goes against "love thy enemy" at the very least. It would be super helpful if there was a way to identify who is being quoted on this site.

Again, this reflects back to verse 7. If people wanted knowledge, they would fear God and follow his word.
