Strong 's Greek dictionary 1012 volition to make a choice, counsel advice, will, purpose, TO REJECT BAPTISM IS TELLING THE LORD JESUS CHRIST THAT HE IS NOT NEEDED, AND THE ONE THAT IS REJECTING IS MAKING A DECLARATION THAT HE CAN MAKE IT ON HIS OWN! I TROW NOT.
