Who can do this? He said to turn the other cheek, but it is not in our nature. It is very hard for us. He says, My yoke is easy... but wouldn 't you like to be able to be this kind of person? Would not the whole world be a better place? If you hate your life, don 't kill yourself... These are the very people who need to let Him help. So let Him help you. For this very reason you are able.

It is a very loving verse and it teaches you to not hate your enemies, instead of doing bad to your hate ones but to do good to them.
