I feel that God does test us and to do so He uses His angels. I think that there are many Angels here on Earth and that God has but them here to assist us help us . help us grow in Christ and when its time to good home I think they guide us and maybe even take us.

This supports the ministry of giving. Giving is living.

Strangers unaware are those that you have not been aware that they were angels. I must be careful to entertain those that I meet up with. Especially to present the Lord Jesus Christ in my actions.

Maybe sometimes angels comes to test you to see if you will act out when someone has an ugly attitude towards you and speaking really rude to you. If that is the case, I did not pass the test. Lord help me to do better next time.

My wife came home one day and told me of a women see saw on the road by our local Walmart in NJ. She had a sign that read, "just lost my job and i need money for presents for the kids, please help. " I asked her what see did and she said she did nothing. My heart sank. She was afraid of being taken advantage of. So the next day I went to the spot to see if she was there. There was no one there. I have never seen anything like this or heard of anything like this in my 51 years of life. I really do think she missed the boat on this one.

When caring for an Alzheimer s resident she has showed so much love and never meets a stranger She has welcomed everyone she meets into her life and not fearful of entertaining a stranger She has taught me not to fear strangers but to accept them not knowing if this person may be sent by God

It's one of the most beautiful passages in the bible. I think it's the ones in the world who no one gives any time to- the homeless, mentally ill, and down and outs that have the most to teach us. We need to be aware of that of God in everyone

Toni's comment on 2013-12-08 08:27:50:

It pays to be kind to all people - no matter the color of their skin, the clothes on their backs or the money in their pockets. God is no respector of persons, and we should not be either. The only though we can have the love to look beyond what person looks like or talks like and to treat them with kindness and goodness, is to have Christ in us and to have His Spirit dwelling in us and leading us.

I've always loved this verse. I decided to make it the theme of my yearly Christmas poem. Any stranger may be an angel in disguise.

I love this a lot. There has been times where I've actually walked away knowing it!
