“But the seventh day is the sabbath of the LORD thy God: in it thou shalt not do any work, thou, nor thy son, nor thy daughter, thy manservant, nor thy maidservant, nor thy cattle, nor thy stranger that is within thy gates:”

It's not what I think but what the text says that is important. It says THE SEVENTH DAY IS THE SABBATH... that's very clear and very easy to understand, if we want to.

Seventh day from my openion is the day one has set aside to worship n thank God for his. Favour along the week. But acording to the history of crestion n the death and resarection of Jesus saturday should be the seventh day. As time goes all people will be forced to worship on sunday. Let God only show us the trueth. God bless you all.

Which day is the seventh day on the calendar? Look at a calendar and you will notice that Sunday is usually the 1st day listed, then Monday is the 2nd day listed, then Tuesday is the 3rd day listed, then Wednesday is the 4th day listed, then Thursday is the 5th day listed, then Friday is the 6th day listed, and then, Saturday is listed as the 7th day of the week. It really is not that hard to figure out. Jesus and His apostles all observed the Sabbath from Friday evening at sunset through Saturday evening sunset.

a Sabbath is a holy day, a feast by God's design! a sabbath, no capitalized s (S), is the 7th day of the week, our saturday! sunday, the name itself refers to the Romans and their fascination with the pagan Mithras culture, very similar to christianity. it is the 8th day or first of the week! it also is not the day our lord and saviour rose from the dead because according to scripture he rose after 3 days and being buried at the end of the day, maybe around 6 p.m. he mathematically had to rise in the evening! the lord's day will always be the sabbath and not what the early roman chu8rch fabricated with constantine, a mithras worshipper. your choice who you follow, God and scripture, or your manmande traditions and man?
