Leaders think in a different way. Every great leader like Moses operates from the angle of being a follower first. Moses, unlike the children of Israel already understood the idea that God wants us to neutralize fear with courage by acting out our faith.

As faithful Abraham hoped against hope. We all are comfortable with where we sit, like visiting a sick person on their bed of affliction. Or trying to comfort a family in a hospice situation. We are not the object of suffering in either case so we are filled with advice. Moses however was bearing all the weight of the day, not to mention in the heat of the day. Moses Makes an attempt to consult God! He 'd always consulted him when he despaired or was confronted or confused about what would be best thing to do. But unknowingly to Moses, despite God 's response to his cry for help and his desire was for what perhaps would have been a different answer, God nonetheless did answer Moses with the necessary word of assurance he needed in his hour of difficulty. Moses had not read that God 's ways were pass finding out as maybe we have. So he did the spiritually prudent thing. the same as we all would do. Go to God with the problem as he always did in the past! Surly God will know what 's best, he always does. As it is with us,so it was with Moses, God indeed answered him that day, perfectly with a plan that could not fail. It was perfect because the mouth of the Lord had spoken it. So as we continue going to him for answers let us not despair nor be dismayed because the Lord our God is with us...Remember the command from God is always Forward, not backward Be blessed.

in Exodus 14 15 we see the need for action accepting responsibility Ibibio people of Akwa Ibom State have a saying that standing still is alien to dancing God has the power to remove every impediment or obstacle on the way of His people The people of God must not spiritualize what should not be spiritualized What is needed is action by faith to reach the Promised Land

This chapter is very good for believers. God teach us to go forward by faith Philippians 3:13. What will happen are 3 things.
1. God will do great things;
2. We will see the Gods protection;
3. We will see the GODs guidance.
