Well according to me here pharaoh calls Moses and Aaron and said to them I have sinned against the LORD your GOD and you. 1 Pharaoh confess knowing clearly that whatever is happening it 's all about his heart. 2 Pharaoh didn 't believe in GOD of Israel and he knew that he broke GOD 's commandment and he needs the plaque to be over for him to continue sinning against GOD. 3 He was not confessing for hard heart but the LORD to stop the plaque even his so called magicians failed to stop the plaques because there is no other GOD who is greater than our GOD prays be to HIM forever AMEN.
