Ecclesiastes 10:8, is actually meant for the evil doers, that they cannot go unpunished for whatever acts of evil they must have done to fellow human beings, because God hate wickedness.

The world and the churches have broken Gods holy laws and are now letf at the mercy of different serpents. Eg, terrorism, pledges, sickness, etc.
