I don't think so,

The 2nd Chapter of Colossians is on atonement in general, but I believe Paul is dealing with the ultra religious, those who 'swallow a camel, but strain out a gnat. Matthew 23:24

Ref: Further in Chapter 2:21 (Touch not; taste not; handle not; 2:22 Which all are to perish with the using;) after the commandments and doctrines of men? 2:23 Which things have indeed a shew of wisdom in will worship, and humility, and neglecting of the body: not in any honor to the satisfying of the flesh.

This is telling us that we are no longer bound by the ceremonial aspects of observeing all holidays. Hebrew days of observance. Passover, Yom Kipper, Unleavened bread, Hanakah or however it is spelled, it does not do a way with Sabbath Day. It is a commandment, to say he did away with a commandment in this statement would mean that he also did away with thou shall not kill, thou shall not steal, Etc.

If you read the whole book of colossians, you will come to the conclusion that Paul was warning his church who incidently was keeping the Sabbath. They had people coming to their church and giving them false information regarding sabbath. .telling them that they can worship any day. .so Paul told them that their practice of the sabbath day was right and that they should not listen to the false teachers.

When arguing about this verse, please lets not be blinded by our perception of thus says our mind but let 's invite christ to reveal the hidden meaning of these wonderful precepts of apostle Paul. For instance if we view the chapter from verse one Paul points JESUS AS owner of wisdom and knowledge so why must we think that paul considered our conditions and why not others and that is lack of brotherly love. friends we can 't justify ourselves, salvation is by grace when the sinner has been fully equipped on the momentum of sin commited so why must we do things that will cause our brothers sin.AMEN

The passage is about let no one judge you cause of food you eat or religious day you may celebrate. Don 't let any put you in bondage because of these thing. We have been freedom from such things.

I fully agree with Ed's i think that is the meaning intended, that watever we do we shuld do it right in fear of God such that no one if given the chance to judge us wuld find us guilty of any fault.

Chuck's comment on 2013-08-26 22:38:51:

Contrary to brother Ed's take on this, it seems obvious that Paul is telling us not to allow anyone to judge us as to what we may or may not eat or drink. It has nothing to do with making sure that we can't be found guilty - it says LET no man (no one) judge you! We are not only not bound by the old covenant taboos, we are not subject to anyone else's judgments.

God also said " If you love me you will keep my commandments", Also, "Faith establishes the Law".

Well, first of all it mentions "Judge" To me this means that you can be found guilty of something.
So, this passage is saying make sure no man can find you guilty of violating these things.
