This is one of my favorite scriptures verses, and has been in my signature block for a while. Every time I read this verse I am reminded that I have faith in the Gospel of Jesus Christ, the Word of GOD. As a young believer I was also given the assurance of the Truth and shown many miraculous signs and wonders by the Holy Spirit to help open my eyes and heart to understand the Truth in the Word of GOD. Thank you LORD for helping me find the way to salvation, sending your Son to be my Savior and showing me daily that you are with me and listening to my prayers. Please bless those You have revealed Yourself to and trust in You to spread your wonderful Word and to be fruitful witness to your power and loving kindness. Amen.

God 's people have power. That is why it is essential to be baptized with the Holy Ghost and the fire. It is not in word only but God 's people must possess the power of God, to heal the sick, raise the dead, cast out devils. These are the infallible proof that Paul and the other apostles possessed that assured those that followed them they were sent by God. We too can possess that same power by the Holy Ghost if we submit, humble ourselves and give ourselves completely to God.
