Does this mean Jesus himself came as flesh or as the spirit he entered the flesh of human?

Carolyn Hall's comment on 2013-08-12 07:29:19:

Recently, a woman came into our church with a message to a man (who was not present at the time) that she said God had told her to give him. She proceeded to give it to those who were present and it was very confrontational. Since she says God gave her this message to give him, was she right in giving it to everyone else? How do we know God really told her this?
