A woman's hair is her husband's glory.A veil covering her head is in obedience to God. Not only in public places.. eg. I spend far more time praying in private than I do in public..praying is praying no matter where you are. I believe that Christian woman aught always to have their head covered. Remember that Corinth is Greece..Europe, not the middle east.. so it is not just a middle eastern custom,it is a contentious issue, but obedience is the only way for God to answer our prayers and for the angels to know that they are seeing a woman of God obedient to the scriptures.
God Bless
Tehillah
